Common questions

Is there a setup fee?
Yes – a one-off £100 charge to create your website from your brief. Hosting is £100 per year, and changes you make yourself are free and unlimited.
How much do changes cost?
Text and photo changes you make yourself in edit mode are free and unlimited.
For anything else – new pages, design changes, new features – send us a request from your admin page. We charge £25 an hour, with a minimum of £12.50 per request. Changes are typically made within 2 working days, often much quicker.
Who makes the changes?
We do. We use AI to work quickly and keep costs down, and a person checks every change. Changes go into a draft first, so you can preview them and decide when they go live – and if anything isn't right, you can switch back to one of your last three versions.
Is my domain name included?
No – you buy your domain name (such as yourbusiness.co.uk) yourself, from any provider you like, and point it at to our web servers. Your domain name stays under your control, so you're never tied to us.
Is email included?
No. That leaves you free to choose the email provider that suits you, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or just a free Gmail account.
Can I move my website to another supplier?
Yes. You'll be able to export your website as standard HTML files that any web host can use. The exported copy doesn't include our editing software, so later changes would be made by your new supplier.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. If you can use a phone, you can update your website: right-click, or press and hold, on the text or photo you want to change. Try it for yourself on our demo page.

Hosting terms in brief
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud servers to provide a robust service. We take nightly backups, monitor our servers to highlight any issues, and have automatic recovery enabled in case of failures. We've been hosting websites since 2010 without any major issues.

However, as a small company we can't offer compensation for any time your website is unavailable, for any reason.

As the website owner, it's your responsibility to make sure your website's content is correct and to periodically test that any contact form submission are reaching your chosen email accounts.

We reserve the right to refuse any business we're uncomfortable working with.
