The terms 'us', 'we' or 'our' refers to the owner of the website, trading as Head Start Design. The term 'you' refers to the user of our website or services.
Your use of our website or services and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Use of this website
This website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Prices are provided as a guide only. We will contact you to discuss you specific requirements.
Copyright notice
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.
Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:
1) you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only
2) you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material
You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
Website hosting
You may not store illegal, pornographic, or other material which may cause offence on our servers. Breaking this condition may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your hosting.
You are responsible for the content of your website. You agree to keep us out of any legal disputes that arise due to your content.
We make every effort to ensure the continued presence of your website, including using Amazon to supply our servers (a leading provider with an excellent reputation) . However, we do not guarantee that your website will always be available. Downtime is occasionally required while maintenance is performed and we would also be affected by outages experienced by our supplier.
All websites are backed up, but we do not guarantee that your content will never be lost. Please ensure you keep your own copies of any text or media that you place on your website.
Hosting is provided under a "fair use" policy. If your website is causing a degraded service for other customers or if it is causing losses to us, due to the volume of traffic or any other reason, we reserve the right to temporarily cease your hosting while we discuss alternative hosting arrangements. Note that we have never had to act on our "fair use" policy as yet.
Hosting fees are charged per year, paid in advance and are non-refundable because we secure the hardware we use to supply your services on the same basis.
You may choose to end your hosting with us at any time and request that your website is removed.
If we choose to end your hosting for any reason (other than the "fair use" policy or legal issues) we will provide at least 1 months notice.
Design and printing
You agree that we are in no way responsible for any legal matters that arise due to your design, including but not limited to, copyright infringement or defamatory material.
It is your responsibility to check the work that we provide for mistakes including grammar and spelling. We provide proofs before any designs are sent to printers and ask for your sign-off. Refunds will not be provided for design or printing where errors are found after printing has been ordered.
We work with numerous printers to provide you with a wide choice of prices and products. You agree that we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the printers. We advise that you always request print work well in advance of the date required in case unexpected delays occur or reprints are required.
